An Activity Based Model for Residential Care – Our article for the front page in Journal of Dementia Care

Shortly before piloting our evidence based care model, and going on to win an 'Outstanding Contribution to Dementia Care Award', we were honoured with a front page article in 'The Journal of Dementia Care'.

This article is a whistle stop tour of our work. for the most part architecturally focused. The article revolves around two examples of outstanding care abroad, that draw on evidence into generating wellbeing and the measurable impact it has on people living with a dementia and other needs.

We then begin to propose our methodology for transfering these inspiring projects into a residential care setting. Click the link below to view the article in your browser.

This is the foundational thinking for Maracuja Club, to be part of making this a reality, sign up below, every sign up helps us demonstrate to investors the public support for Maracuja Club - a radically new and inspiring way of doing care for dementia, nursing and older people.
