The Road to Maracuja Club

We are building a strong team, bringing together leaders with vast experience and complementary specialisms. This ensures the project is on safe, confident and strong footing. With the right team we can foresee difficulty and overcome it. Rising to the challenge we will transform the future of care.

We are looking for sites over 1.5 acres in size along the 'M5 corridor' and into the South West.
This offers a range of strong accessible location options and should prove good for staffing and serving needs in these areas.
But this is just the first project, Maracuja Club's evidence based approach to wellbeing, quality of life and their positive outcomes should be available for all.

Once we have the team and have raised finance for the site, we will be able to raise the additional money needed for planning consent and construction. Our lead design architect and co-founder, William McMorran, will be very hands on at this stage.
He is highly skilled at working positively with Planning Officers, local councils and all Stakeholders to ensure the project passes smoothly through the statutory system, achieving planning consent. 

The Maracuja Club team will contain a partner property developer, who will lead on oversight of construction. This ensures that Maracuja Club is built to excellent standards, fully realising the key evidence based factors that make it so special. Through a successful partnership we ensure a confident, experienced eye leads an efficient and rapid construction phase.

While planning consent and construction has been underway, the Maracuja Club team has been busy... We will have prepared the full evidence-based care and operating model, statutory systems, paperwork, policy and building partnerships within the local community as well as institutional and non-institutional stakeholders.

The Building will be fitted out as we are training the 1st staff teams on the special framework for supporting wellbeing and positive outcomes that makes not just the building, but the entire experience of Maracuja Club so special and different.

Once Maracuja Club is up and running, we know that the impact is going to be huge. No one will have experienced anything quite like it... People want good and engaging experiences, whatever age they are - sitting in a room down a corridor is not a style of care that is acceptable any longer to most people.

Once the concept and its popularity is proven on our vanguard site, we will quickly move to make Maracuja Club available for other communities across the UK.
